Often when I tell people about On A Good Day, they ask about the origin of the name. In case you were wondering too, here it is!
When people would ask me how tall I am, I used to reply "I'm 5 ft on a good day" (I'm 4 ft 11 and change).
Now I don't say that anymore - because what does it mean to say "I'm 5 ft on a good day"? As if being taller than I am would be a good thing?
